For Spark and Foundation, yes — we'll need your text, photos, and any existing branding. For Momentum and Presence, SEO copywriting is included for key pages. We'll give you a simple brief document so you know exactly what to provide.

No. The price we quote is the price you pay. Hosting, domain registration, and SSL are separate ongoing costs (we'll make these clear upfront), but there are no surprise invoices.

Two options. Pay once: 50% deposit to start, 50% on launch day. Or take a Care Plan: a monthly fee that bundles your build, hosting, SSL, security updates, and ongoing maintenance into one number — minimum 24 months, then rolling.

You can keep paying for Care, you can move hosting elsewhere, or you can cancel. The code is yours from day one regardless — the Care Plan only buys you ongoing service. We'll help you migrate if you want to leave.

Yes, completely. Your domain, your code, your content — all yours from day one. We don't lock you into a proprietary platform. If you ever want to move to a different developer, everything transfers cleanly.

Foundation, Momentum, and Presence packages include CMS access so you can update text and images without touching code. Spark sites are lightweight static pages — let us know if you'll need regular updates and we'll factor that in.
